This is a phono equalizer unit for playing analog records. By adding the AD-2900 to the rear panel of a compatible preamplifier, you can play high-quality analog records. It is equipped with a dedicated input circuit that matches each MC/MM cartridge, achieving a high signal-to-noise ratio. In addition, you can switch between the two input terminals simply by operating the preamplifier's input selector. It uses a ``glass cloth fluororesin board'' with independent left and right configuration. Ideal MC/MM independent input circuit that achieves high noise performance. MC: Differential amplifier circuit using ultra-low noise transistors. MM: Differential amplifier circuit using ultra-low noise FETs. Equipped with a differential equalizer circuit that achieves high-precision RIAA characteristics. Two input terminals that can connect two tone arms. Settings (impedance, gain, etc.) are stored for each input (AD1, AD2) of the C-2900. Smooth switching between two analog players and arms is possible.
