Description

The DP-1000/DC-1000 is a SA-CD/CD transport/digital processor model commemorating the 50th anniversary of Accuphase's founding.

[DP-1000] Equipped with a newly developed silent drive mechanism. Drastically reduces operating noise during performance. Newly developed damper optimizes vibration-proofing effect. By placing the drive unit as low as possible, the low-center-of-gravity mounting structure minimizes the amplitude of external vibration. The frame has been changed from a combination of two pieces to an L-shaped integrated frame for high rigidity. Adopts a newly developed toroidal transformer.

[DC-1000] Equipped with MDSD (Multiple Double Speed ​​DSD). Equipped with an 8-circuit parallel-driven "MDS++ conversion type D/A converter" compatible with 384kHz (32bit 2ch PCM). The D/A conversion circuit and peripheral component layout have been completely renewed, and ANCC has been adopted to improve the distortion performance of the amplifier. Equipped with a newly designed toroidal transformer and a newly designed filter capacitor totaling 80,000uF. Compared to the DC-950, noise performance has improved by approximately 11% and distortion performance by approximately 12%.
