The 10-inch V-Pad PD-10X comes standard as a tom on the flagship V-Drums model TD716, and can also be used with some other V-Drums. The streamlined design achieves a hoop height similar to that of an acoustic drum, and the shallow shell allows for a more efficient setup. The high-resolution multi-sensor system allows for individual rim/head detection, improved hot spots, and impact point detection with V-Drums sound modules, including the V71 sound module.
